Terms & Conditions -
1. Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
2. Management reserves the right to admission.
3. No disputes or arguments will be entertained without the showing of a valid receipt.
4. Cheque Dishonour Charges will be applicable incase payments made by cheque bounce.
5. Transfer charges will be applicable if a membership is transferred.
6. Payment done for a product/package/service cannot be adjusted against another package/service.
7. Subject to realization of payment.
Freezing Policy -
1. Gym service/membership can be frozen for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 30 days during the annual membership.
2. Gym service/membership can be frozen 2 times during the annual membership.
3. Freezing requests must only be accepted prior to the freezing start dates.
4. Member must fill up the Freezing form available at the front desk.
